Anxiety Skills - Foresight Mental Health in Denver, Colorado, United States

The purpose of the group is to provide psychoeducation, and allow member’s time to listen, learn, and reflect on components of anxiety. This group is designed for Foresight and non-Foresight members experiencing general anxiety. This group offers individuals CBT oriented tools to mitigate symptoms of anxiety, and the opportunity to reflect and support one another.

Psychoeducation & processing group. Facilitator presents a different anxiety topic each week and provides resources. There are reflection questions during the group. Facilitator lets the group know that we are completely allowed to go ‘off script’ if someone would like to discuss something specific, and this occurs occasionally. There are also homework suggestions each week.
