Profile
NAMI Connection is a recovery support group program for adults living with mental illness. These group meetings provide a place that offers respect, understanding, encouragement, and hope. NAMI Connection groups offer a casual and relaxed approach to sharing the challenges and successes of coping with mental illness. You must be 18 or older to join the group.
When we talk about mental illness, we do mean any mental health disorder. Whether you are diagnosed or not, all are welcome. Bipolar, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, psychosis, anxiety, or depression – whatever it is, we provide a safe space for those overwhelmed by the journey of mental illness. Find resources, make friends, find hope.
